- Not too bad. I liked that you added a story element to what's going on. Wish there was some audio. The 3D crystal stands out like a sore thumb. Doesn't match the rest of the game. Art is minimal, but it gets the job done.

The Crystal
A Game created for the Pirate Software Game Jam 14. (2 Week long Jam)
The Theme was: It's spreading.

Objective:
Defeat the Evil Wizard, Claim the Holy Torch and use it to purify The Crystal and save the land!
Controls :
WASD or arrow keys to move,
Left Click to Attack,
SpaceBar to Dodge forward (lets you dodge projectiles)
Esc for Pause menu and control settings.
GamePad should work but might not see control settings in game.

This was all of our first try's at a game jam but we tried our best even with our limited skills and still being unity beginners.
Our main artist got sick and lost power so a lot of the better art he made didnt make it in time sadly.

I got the wizard, although i feel bad, i pushed a cow up in his face and had him tank for me while i jumped out and hit the wizard in between. I know im shameless....

Good first try! Hope your artist is feeling better and got the power situation sorted. I appreciate you let us hold down the attack button and like how it is omni-directional. The cows are cute too.
I am struggling to beat the wizard, I keep trying to dodge in different directions and end up going straight into projectiles.
