  • Love it, there are some bug issues like clicking on the to do items and they get stuck to your mouse but the rest is amazing.
  • The art, music and sound effects were nicely done here. I found the way you had to play the game was simplistic and straightforward as well. Though, in regards to the themes being implemented, it that alchemy was more of the focal point here, while shadow only was brought up when it came to the description of the story being told. Unless there was something I missed during my playthrough, I didn't see anything tie back to how the character was an undercover agent, nor anything that spoke to a secret being uncovered. I did find the time I spent playing to be fun, especially when it got to the portion where the game specified for the player to "not cheat" (though I'm unsure if there was to be any indicators that the professor would catch you in the act if you did cheat). I'd like to see more of this, with the inclusion of whatever story you were describing in your GDD (again, unless I just missed something). Overall, keep up the good work
  • Very charming game with a simple but engaging little game mechanic. I did get stuck a couple time as I picked up the potion in the submission area instead of placing one, but overall simple controls. The Alchemy theme was present and obvious, however I failed to see any trace of Shadows until I read the GDD to explain this.

Well done! All of the artwork is spectacular! I really enjoyed the gameplay loop. Things really got fun with each additional thing to worry about. The cheat sheet and the teacher trying to catch you is a great idea. Really loved this game. You've got a follow from me!

Really great work! Not only is the artwork amazing, but the gameplay is really fun too. The cheat sheet mechanic is a very creative way of incorporating the shadow theme. I had a lot of fun playing! Excited to see what you make next!

I never thought cheating in exams was that enjoyable, having loads of fun! I originally was going to complain that you need to memorise or try-and-error everything, but got smashed when you put in the two ingredients potions. Kudos for having a nice way of telling the player what should be done instead of saying it directly.

I felt like if the teacher faking some actions to catch out the player, or other distractions in-game to make reading cheatsheets more difficult would be a nice way to add to the mechanics. But the game as-is is already well done and polished. Hey, how can you argue with a game thats accompanied by such nice art? Good job!!

I really like this game, it's not like every other kitchen game. The cheat sheet thing makes it really interesting.
