I like the art style! I know this is the calm before the storm, but I wouldn't mind all the customers coming in and demanding food! Overall, well done!

I'm not sure what to do. I click on the green bar and objects appear. If I click on the object, it appears in my inventory. I click on the booth that says "trade" on it. I drag the objects over to the left, I click Deal or Cancel and nothing happens. Sometimes when I click an object on the left, I see a message that says "the visitor disagrees." I've restarted several times, but most of the time that I do the steps I've listed nothing happens.
Interesting concept. I like the style of the graphics and the design of the monsters. It looks like things are a bit unfinished. The idea of being able to control the villagers is a neat idea. Maybe if you could just select on the screen where you want them to go it would be easier to control?
Right now, I don't know which number is associated with which location on the level, so I don't know which number to select without trial and error.
Good luck to you!
This is a fun game! I could collect resources like this all day and be happy. Like some others said, I wasn't able to make it past the 7th level. I think my only note is that the controls took some getting used to. With a boat like this I was expecting "tank controls" where you push up to go forward no matter what direction you are facing, and the left and right arrow keys to turn. Overall, I had fun playing this game!
Here's a link to my game if anyone wants to play it! Also a link to my dev log video if you want to check out how I made it:

Haha! I enjoyed this quite a bit. It felt like 3 different kinds of games all mixed together. The quirky artwork is top-notch as well. This game made me chuckle. words words words words words words words words words words words words words words words words words words words words words words words words words words words words words words
Nice story and feel to this game! I'm not sure if you intend this to mostly be a visual novel style or have more action adventure, but the player might feel they have more of a part in the conversations if you occasionally give them a multiple choice options, where they get to pick the next thing that is said. You could still have a linear story, but you'd have a little bit more immersion. Anyway, this is pretty well done so far, will be interesting to see what you do with it in the future!
