- The game feels pretty good, music has a nice appeal. Besides cleaning up some bugs,(Got stuck on top of slimes a lot) this would be a good game to continue to invest time into and grow!

Glooped is a platformer where an alchemical frog (the player) is trying to climb out of a well using various means. Either using potions and powers to power through and or the darkness to sneak by.
Mechanics Getting Hurt
Touching light when shadowed
Getting touched by darkness when NOT shadowed
Touching Slimes/Spider (not shadowed)
Touching Snake (shadowed)
Touching Boss Fire (All times)
Touching Boss Fire Attacks (not shadowed)
Controls
WASD - Movement
Control - Dodge Roll to Toggle Shadowed
Space - Jump
Alt (Hold) - Brew (unlocked through red frog)
Arrow Keys - Brew Controls
F - interact
Left Click - Melee
Right Click - Potion Toss
Entity Compendium:
Slime - simple enemy that does touch damage and follows player within a certain range
Spider - A up/down enemy that is also touch damage
Snake - An enemy that chases the player down as long as they are shadowed
Immortal Snail - An entity that pushes the player when touched from the side. Can stand on top of the snail
Can you beat the being at the top of the well or will you stay a frog at the bottom of this well?
Extra Notes
Many potion mixtures were lost due to time constraints and our ability to actually do map design. But we will continue development to add more potions and buffs (even challenge potions to make the game more difficult)
Though we will probably want to look for a pixel artist and foley artist

Also! A note, right now due to there being no light potion, the shadow snake is designed to be invincible. (Not sure what if I can edit the game desc while judging is going so commenting for that
Very charming. I like the main character's sprite, with their little backpack and brewing animation. Also the little touches like "Height (in frogs)". I wasn't sure how to utilize the hiding ability - it seems like the slimes still know where I am when I'm hiding. That snake is a jerk :P
