Thank you for the detailed and honest feedback - we really appreciate it! The jumping mechanics were a pain in the butt to get working, so I'm very happy you noticed them :) Thank you for playing the game and sticking with it, despite a number of frustrating bugs.

Nice work. I really enjoyed the art. It's simple, but has a lot of character to it. The mini-games were fun - I think I enjoyed defending the candy the most. Minor complaints are the collision in the maze made it a bit tedious to navigate, and as others have mentioned the font was very difficult to read. Overall, great job!
Good job on this entry. The characters and animations look great, and I appreciate the large sprites & text. Some of the interactions with the witch were pretty funny. I did have to retry quite a few times, because there are some menus that I kept getting stuck in and couldn't seem to get out of. I basically avoided checking quests, looking in my bag, or crafting when I didn't have enough ingredients. Overall nice work. Very cool to see that it runs on an actual Game Boy, too!
Nice job on your entry. I like the artwork - the Chimera and the Igor sprites look great! I think it also had a very good Game Boy feel. I killed the Chimera and the game seemed to reset, not sure if there was more to do. I really wanted to dig something up, but I assume that feature didn't quite make it into the build.
I enjoyed playing your entry. Every attempt at sleep was a surprise. It's impressive how many little mini games you were able to add. The music and writing gave the game a dark intensity and suspense. I wasn't always sure what I was doing (especially with the giant scary head?), but I had fun and I feel hydrated :)
Just a heads-up that our build is somewhat broken. A last minute issue with packaging resulted in pixel filtering/blurring, and input on menus to be mostly broken. On the game's page there is a link to a version of the entry that just has the pixel filtering fixed. DancingGolem did an amazing job on the art, check out that build if you want to see it properly.
I thought the first two stages were fun. It was satisfying when I was finally big enough to eat all of the largest enemies. I liked the concept of the third stage, but i kept getting swarmed and I couldn't make any meaningful progress. I appreciate that the different gameplay mechanics were introduced one at a time. The intro screen was a nice touch, too.
I quite enjoyed playing SKENR - nice work! The mechanics and puzzles were unique and interesting. The game was well polished for a jam entry, with a cool metroid-esque atmosphere, music, sfx, and sprite work. It would be interesting to see what other puzzles and mechanics you could add with some more time.
Great job! I though the size mechanics were fun and interesting, and the puzzles were well designed. There were some things that I found frustrating: I don't think the boxes need to have any physics rotation - it just allowed them to constantly get stuck or bounce in undesirable ways. Another is that the gaps used for 'threading the needle' were unnecessarily small, and prompted a lot of resets for me on the last puzzle. Lastly, the player physics/gravity is a bit floaty, and I would get impatient sometimes just waiting to land so that I could try my jump again. But again, all that said, great job! Those frustrations were borne from wanting to complete the puzzles because they were so fun :)
