yes

Summarise your game!
Concept: A platformer where you play as a bomb that can navigate environments with a grappling hook.

Story: You are a weapon prototype in a lab. The lab's goal is to make an explosive weapon that cannot be stopped no matter the obstacles. You play as their current version and have to pass their tests. Either you pass and become the last prototype or you're just another failed weapon.

Please explain how your game fits the theme:
You are a weapon, a bomb of some sort. However, instead of being in a normal environment where a bomb would be used, you're in a contained, isolated environment, a weapon in a testing ground.

We apologise for the late review:

The main character model was cute and reminiscent of Bomberman, or with the 2D retro art style, it really took me back, and I liked the background musical theme. It was very relaxing and had me lounging in my chair, right-clicking and sending out the grapple. I had to hit R to restart the game when I couldn't interact with the benchtop in the middle of the room, which was simple yet eye-catching. The UI upon restarting the game was also very simple and aesthetically pleasing to the eye.

I would like to be able to interact with more objects in the game and have the ability to attack the enemies or interact with NPCs when I hover over one. It lights up, which I also thought was a good indicator of interactability and, again, was aesthetically pleasing.

This is good game, it looks good and controls are smooth. I wish there was a button to lower yourself. Only having 3 lives and then restarting at the beginning is a bit frustrating.

The music and SFX are on point in this. Simple little game but it's oozing with juice, nice work! It'd be worth putting the controls into the game imo - many testers will just hit play and not read the desc!
