Question Regarding Kickstarter Projects

So I saw a question on here involving patreon but I wanted to ask specifically for this scenario. I have run a successful kickstarter to raise funds for graphic and audio creation for a project I wanted to develop in PGMV. I came up with this idea after the contest started and the Kickstarter was started and funded after the contest started. Am I allowed to enter this project in this challenge? The Kickstarter backers have not received any finished product yet.

Hi! Sorry for keeping you waiting. 

There is no problem to participate to the contest as long  as you don't distribute or commercialize the game before the end of the contest.
