Nice job making the only entry with a character select screen! Love the 2.5d style of the whole thing. I was very bad at racing but i love the vibes ✨

Developer

Thanks! I thought the select screen would be a fun touch!

Great aesthetics, I just love this combination of 2D sprites in a 3D world, works really well. The controller certainly needs some work as well as the interaction with the environment, but you already get some Mario Cart vibes :-)

Developer

That was my goal for sure. I love Mario Kart, so i'm glad you can see that energy in it!

I really like how you had a character select screen. One thing I would add is that there doesn't seem to be checkpoints around the map you have to hit to complete a race. It seems like you can just move back and forth between the starting line and it counts as a lap.

Developer

Thank you! I thought the select screen was a good touch. I was very proud of getting ti working!

The art is great, and the music is perfect! There are some minor issues but overwise this is a good game!

I like the characters and the music! Game seems to crash after a race finishes sadly. Tip: disable texture filtering on the sprites to make them less blurry

Developer

thanks! I’ll keep that in mind!
