Great submission! I loved the idea.
SPLOOSH
Nice game! I like the art and the tortoise is great! Loved the animation when it's walking around. I also encountered the water level glitch, but the unit symbols show up just fine for me.
Thanks for playing! I look forward to fixing the glitches when judging is over.
Nice little game, loved the tortoise measuring everything and a sploosh sound.
Although for some reason laggy as hell in 32bit wine and symbols for units are not displayed properly.
And if you start dunking Archi and go to the other screen Archi remain floating on this other screen.
For scientific correctness should note that Archi wasn't fully dunked.
And from gameplay perspective the way to reset the molten metal in case sth went wrong without making a statue is probably needed.
Thank you so much for playing my game! You mentioned that the unit symbols did not display properly. They are supposed to be words in Greek characters. What did you see? Also, Archimedes appears fully dunked on my computer. Could you please send a screen shot of how he appears to you so I can troubleshoot?
Now that you've mentioned that the first dunk appears ok, but for me the second one can look like that
and the symbols are displayed like that
Though this last problem is probably on the wine side since it is a very limited rendition of Windows functionality and doesn't have much of extra stuff. For all I know it might even replace fonts because it doesn't have some proprietary font that was used in the original or sth like that.
Thank you for taking the time to do that for me. What's happening is that there is a semitransparent blue overlay that makes the water well over Archimedes' head but it is not appearing on your screen. Odd.
