I found myself re-trying this one multiple times!

On the down side, it could have used more polish with the visuals and instructions. Specially with no sound, there isn’t a lot of feedback for the lives, or an understanding that the barriers are scrolling as opposed to being randomly regenerated.

On the up side, it’s a simple concept, that I find it inherently fun to replay ^^

The game had a fun concept and it is definently enjoyable to play. I do think that it feels like it could have some improvements with how the player moves and plays the game. The time limit of 60 seconds also feels like a long period of time for this game.

suggestions/criticism:
- It would be nice to see the player dot being able to wrap around the top and bottom of the screen so that the player had more freedom to move.
- I would love to see some type of animation between each barrier so that it wasn't so sudden when the player clears a barrier.
- I almost feel that the timer is unnecessary (although I understand that for this gamejam it is necessary). It would be nice to see a gamemode that was "Survive as long as possible".

I didn't realize at first what the game is (I didn't realize the bars are "moving"), and I think it's a bit of a shame that really you're only using the left 1/5th of the screen during gameplay. I also don't entirely understand why the bars are moving in this slideshow manner rather than smoothly. However, it was very nice to see the crank being utilized! Good job! :)

I really enjoyed this game. The basic gameplay is engaging and fun to try to get a better score. I like the simple graphics because it makes it clear and easy to understand as soon as you start to play. Very fun game. Nice job!!

A fun little arcade game! With some spruced up visuals and better feedback to the player when moving/colliding this could be a great score chaser.

Thanks for the kind reply! Yeah, I only had like one hour to work on this, could really use some more spice later :P
