Had a lot of fun playing this! The art style is really nice and the music is good. The overheating mechanic is implemented well and gives room for a lot of skill expression which is great! The modules are interesting and have a lot of potential if you were to expand them. Wish there was an options menu so I could turn the sound down a bit, but it was still a really enjoyable game :)
Things seems pretty polished and everything seems well done, but the heat meter is so stingy! I feel like it shouldn't be possible to overheat/heat up mid jump from just moving. I will come back and try again, but I also had trouble progressing because of this issue.
Hey so, after replaying the game I figured out it was my monitor refresh rate causing the heat meter to go up too fast. I have a 170Hz monitor and I turned it down to 60Hz and it seems the game plays normally now
It's an simply unique game I liked it and don't forget to play my game and give me some feedback
i really like the almost pixelated look
The overall look of the game is really nice, the jumps are pretty difficult since its hard to know if you are fast enough to make the jump. But overall the atmosphere of the game is really great!
