Haha! I struggled trying to think of a scoring system for a while, I realized eventually it would be a monumental task and unnecessary, so I didn't bother. Glad you enjoyed!

Thanks for playing! I agree the keyboard keys are sometimes not too easy to use, I think using left click on the keys plays better. I'd love to expand the game for more input options, jazz styles, and scales. Also glad you enjoyed my ridiculous story! Overall glad you enjoyed means a lot coming from a musician and teacher!

Thanks for playing! Yeah the letters on the notes are just for the computer keyboard keys just so its more accesible to people who aren't familiar with music, I can see how it trips up people who are use to seeing C C# D #. But yeah glad you enjoyed!

the haunted piano thing was made up by the band leader to justify firing the former piano player. I get why it wasn’t clear, I was making up the story as I was making the game lol. Glad you enjoyed it though!

Excellent game, unfortunately I 'slploded,  but I had a lot of fun playing russian roullete but with scales and coins :)

Cool! The fighting and dashing was fun to use, it would be great if there were more sound effects for more feedback when playing. Overall, pretty fun!

Thanks for the feedback! A lot of these issues were because I didn't play test during the jam, after I had someone playtest the game after the jam period most of all the points you brought up here were expressed by my playtester. It was a very painful watch. I'm working on another build with more forgiving level design and better movement! Again thank you for the feedback!

Awesome game! The graphics are great and the swinging mechanic is awesome. I think the difficulty is good, the rockets got me a couple times but it wasn't too frustrating to go back to the start. If I had to give critisism  I think personally it would be better if you held left click to make the rope and when you release left click the rope would dissapear, but that's just my preference. Great game!

The graphics and animations awesome, I think the melee attack should be more responsive and faster and give more feedback when you hit a monster, other than that, cool game!

Yes, a jump buffer would be nice because sometimes I press space a couple frames before I land and it does not register the jump

Amazing game! I spent so much time on this game, restarting everytime I died, the mechanics are so unique and gripping. The graphics are amazing and the game really fits the theme. Awesome!

fun little platformer! it's a little buggy and the movement has pretty low acceleration but I eventually got the hang of the movement and had fun playing through the levels!
