The note about the 11"x17" game board has confused me a bit. So we can have 55 cards and a board? How about tokens?

You may have a board but not required. Tokens can be used.

Thanks for the board/tokens answer. I have some idea but i want to really stress myself on this one. I already designed a card based wargame and i want to explore new ways, jam is always an excellent space to recon and probe ideas :D
