In the intro you mentioned the 3 archetypes as melee, ranged, and magic. I'm just double checking we can use magic as ranged since you categorized it as it's own archetype.
Ideally a good game would be balanced properly: some games seem to just have ranged combat just because it’s a staple. In terms of viability, the ranged combat should be a good option and not just tacked on just to have it. Hope I helped!
