I found Q and P to be a bit illogical for controlling the brakes for a single-player game but maybe it would be interesting as a multiplayer game!
Also didn't seem like you could really lose, since flipping upside down just meant you were flipped upside down and had to wait to be unflipped. I think it'd be neat to give the player some more control there!
Regardless, a neat mechanic, interested in seeing how this'll turn out!
I think it's nice that you have controll over which wheel to brake. This could be cool if its combined with some more super wanky physics based mechanics like boost or wings or something more creative.
The mechanic plays really well, but there is little room for mistakes/learning. Maybe there should also be an option to move forward manually or have items or additional mechanics help get the player to their goal.
i LOVE the concept of a castle/jail on wheels. The concept seems a lot of fun. But it's limited by having no place to make a mistake. In the first part of the level if you don't get all the wrenches you are stuck in game. I think this is quite harsh because the player is barely a minute into the game. Maybe give the castle a bit of gas or a jump mechanic to at least get a chance to try it again.
Apart from that, I think the mechanic is cool!! And am curious how the inside of a jail on wheels looks like.
