Nice mechanic, I think its a good tech demo to show how the mechanic would look like.

I  think the shapeshifting mechanic is cool, but I feel that maybe more time was dedicated to create a setting rather than the mechanic? It doesn't seem like what I have shapeshifted into affects the game, yet

I'd like to see the environment respond into what I've shapeshifted in, I think it could be a pretty neat game then!

Realy cool idea, i think 2 things woud be really important. 1, the guards should obviously react in some way and 2, the shapeshifting should be limited and not that easy, maybe collect different forms trough the level

The shapeshifting is a nice idea. Maybe it would be interesting if you can only shapeshift into people you've seen (or killed) before. The guards still need to have AI (but you knew that)
