You seem to have made a digital version of twister. I don't see how this is a ritual and I sort of get the reference to anxiety but that's not translated to gameplay.
Good start to a game but I don't understand it. You're just walking in a straight line and holding some buttons down, which feels like you could have developed in the space of a couple of hours. Aside from all the other characters in the game, what's anxiety inducing about what the player has to do? The bloody screen makes no sense with respect to the game either. What ideas were you trying to prove/disprove with this concept?
I got anxiety just looking at this.. interesting concept but I was confused as to what to do to begin with and I somehow got damage as soon as it started.
this game definitely did what it said on the tin, was quite enjoyable, just felt a bit small, seems like a good potential to make the player keep up a routine, would have been good to make more levels and change the environment but keep the routine going. overall quite pleasant to play once you get passed the anxiety overload
I liked the relatableness of this game. The heart thumping, having to hold down all those keys, the oppressive crowd pushing in. Definitely what having anxious feelings is like! It's interesting to think about how this ties in with ritual as well. Thought provoking!
