Infringing on IPs

This Jams a great idea and got me really inspired. How do you propose using existing IPs i.e. game names, characters, looks. I know the games aren't actually being built for paid release or anything but some publishers take their IPs very seriously...

I encourage all games to include "Scrolls" in the name. 馃槒 https://www.forbes.com/sites/alexknapp/2012/03/16/bethesda-and-mojang-settle-scr...

My suggestion is to avoid infringing IPs directly, so don't put "Mario" or "Final Fantasy" in the title or game. You can probably mention them in the description but I'd be extra cautious with very protective companies (Nintendo, Square Enix, Zenimax, etc).
