Lovely game to play, nice work with the syncing of the attack plus I always enjoy the boom dis tum boom dis tum.
GG man and nice work!

Nice concept.

However, I found it pretty hard to play. Moving and dodging needs to happen off-beat while attacking needs to be on-beat. I’m not good at this type of multitasking, which made the game less fun for me. The rhythm only played near the enemies, making it hard to get into the groove.

This game is cool, but it has its problems...

For me, both the game over screen and the main menu were overscaled. They didn't fit the screen because they were too big. But that wasnot a  game breaking problem.

The player also starts off camera. I even thought the game wasn't finished / working properly. To make the player appear, you have to constantly dash upwards.

Lastly, this is not a problem, but rather my personal opinion: For me it makes more sense if you dash towards the direction you're moving to instead of going towards the mouse cursor.

I see potential in you, good job!

Good start. I included it in my Rhythm Jam compilation video series, if you’d like to check it out!
