Hello! We're very interested on this jam (it's so exciting to see rhythm games get more recognition!), but had a question:
Is the theme that's going to be announced obligatory for the game we have to make? Or is it optional/just needed to get a better score?
We've been conceptually working on a rhythm game/visual novel hybrid since last year (like I said, just conceptually, we have like, 2 animations for one character made as of yet though---no, this is not FNF related fljksfjl it's more pop'n music/beatmania inspired) and thought this jam would be a great time to actually work on it!
We'll most likely still join the jam and try to do something else in case said project doesn't fit the theme if it's obligatory though---
