- - When eating a apple you could have extra animations, like the snake opening the mouth. - The walls that appears as the game progresses could have a more interesting look to feel more like walls, maybe with textures or borders, instead of being just a solid opaque rectangle. - The numbers in level/score could have different color than labels, to make it standout more. - Sometimes the walls appear in front of the snake head, making impossible to avoid it.

I liked how the snake moves more naturally, like a real snake along a curved path! Nice touch in allowing me to choose different skins for the snake, giving me the option to customize the game to my liking! The skin art also makes it feel more like the snake is slithering! Cool screen effect on death! Bonus points for creating your own soundtrack!
This is one cool snake. Very impressive - I imagine it took a lot of work...and maths, rather you than me :) .
thank you ed :D the tricky part was the triangulation to color it
It's very cool how you reimagined the snake game and built this one. I loved the new "snakes" and the movement!
Thank you very much :D
Very unique snake movement! I see this as a unique physics primitive that could be built upon.
Some small improvements suggestions / remarks (some of which you are already working on):
- Obstacle in the center appears kind of suddenly/sometimes and kills you
- When turning the snake immediately I die. Visually I thought it would work. Maybe something to test/think about
- I like that sometimes the snake can push away the apple/items if its not coming from the top. Something cool to play with in the future maybe
Looking forward to trying different levels/maybe with increasing difficulty/skill
Thank you very much for your feedback!
Noted for future iterations:
- the obstacles will not appear in next iterations but rooms will have them already in place
- I can surely do that giving the snake a less severe self collision check with the neck joints
