Title
Cat Cafe

Description
I wanted to try and capture the given theme. With both the colours and all of the cats, my instant association was with some forms of techno music - namely Future Bass and House. I'm an orchestral composer so this is way out of my comfort zone but I went for it anyway!

Song Structure: Intro, Verse, Pre-chorus, Chorus, Solo, Verse, Pre-chorus, Chorus, Outro

Plugins used
A lot of Kontakt, some stock plugins for Studio One (Presense and Impact), Hollywood Orchestra Opus Edition, Melodyne, a couple others.

Very good, I love this one.

Fits very well with your description and I wish I could make something like this one day. The piece feels very chill and the difference sections supplement each other very well. Even though you mentioned this being way out of your comfort zone I think it sounds very good. It feels like you have an idea of when and when not to do too much and add things at the right moment. The ending is especially lovely, just when I feel like I know the piece I get hit by an outstanding chromaticism, love it! I think my one gripe is the kick being a bit too strong/in the front of the mix. I'm by no means an expert in this kind of stuff though.

Impressively good and love it!

Really well made. Love the cat samples!

I love the little chromatic descent at 2'55", the little variation that makes the music sound professional.

You put cat samples, did you?

Frankly, for a first in this style, it's excellent, you've got a great groove and a great use of synth/jazz sounds.

The small negative point is the kickdrum, which sounds a bit sharp to me (too much high in the kick?) and/or maybe a bit loud.

Otherwise, everything's great. The melody, the space for counterpoint with another instrument. It's remarkably well composed.
