Good progression system with the asteroids getting more and faster and fun gameplay overall!

It reminds me of a similar game I used to play as a kid, nostalgic stuff :)

Made it to 500 asteroids! I liked that there was a choice presented to increase the difficulty or restart. But it wasn't such a meaningful choice because I didn't want to die lol. So I just kept increasing it. I also liked collecting the gems but didn't know what they did. It would've been cool to increase difficulty but get an attack speed upgrade or something, or just go to the next level without the difficulty increase. Not sure if there was an end so I stopped at like 500.

This was a really great game to play, loved your implementation of sound. The upgrades also worked really well and made perfect sense in terms of progression
