I'm left curious where the staircase leads ... I do LOVE the ominous atmosphere... I'm not sure if I properly figured out how to play the game, but the luck feeling combined with a dark capitalist atmosphere and what sounds like an ominous research project is very appealing.

Between work and medical emergencies I haven't been able to give this jam much attention. I haven't provided feedback on other submissions, yet, but will try to catch up (really curious to see!).

I understand that this disqualifies me in some sense and I don't expect further feedback - which is perfectly fine. I am very satisfied with how much I learnt in such a short time :)

Thanks for hosting the jam and such a cool theme. This was inspiring and I'm itching to make more games!

Accurate capitalism simulator, 10/10 would recommend, very scary! In all seriousness this game has such an interesting, mysterious atmosphere, and I'm so intrigued by the secrets of ~the staircase~ ! One day I'll hopefully figure out a way to not get fired (if the game allows that) since it took me a while to realise I can Allocate to multiple places at once. Super cool entry, excellent use of theme!

Really cool idea but I couldn't seem to get it to run :/

Oops! Thanks for the comment, I've enabled the full screen button and scroll on the game page so the browser version should stop hiding the start button x_x

Will add a  windows/mac build a bit later today too.

A bit chaotic, but glad to hand something in :)

I think it works...
