good idea I do this in real life everyday tho. But it could be nice feature to a game

Interesting concept, but would be nice if you set it as a browser game to be playable on itch.
And also tell itch that it supports linux since its just a browser game.

At first that game was a browser based in itch, but it wasn't working in full screen, because the alerts in game would exit out of full screen, so I realised that it would be better as a downloadable game. Also I don't know what it's like on Apple or Linux so I didn't add it as supported platforms, but I will add them now. Thanks for the input! Glad you liked it

I get the joke, but do the investments ever pay off?

Developer

yes they normally do, is there a chance that you missed the notification?

Submitted

I mean do they ever return more than $10? Every investment I made (and I made dozens across several playthroughs) always failed.

Developer

oh yes, investments rarely are a success, i will increase the chance in the next patch

Developer

at the moment I'm trying to implement investing a chosen amount, and possibly getting double back!

good but there is no leaderboard thing

Developer

If I'm honest I entered this game jam as kind of a joke, but thanks for the input! I might consider adding a leader board in the future
