There seems to be a weird bug where when you have a low horizontal momentum, you can't start moving horizontally until you're moving fast enough vertically. This means I'd often hit a wall, then get stuck as if I was stuck on an invisible wall, which was really confusing at first, and makes the game a little frustrating. Other than that though, the concept is simple but fun, and the swinging feels really nice. Solid entry!

It's not a bug, it's supposed to slow you down forcing this to happen - you have to go a bit back, then move on again :)
Maybe it's a bit too strong force but in fact it's supposed to happen
