Hello! may i ask a quick question-

if you make an engine pre-jam are you allowed to use it for the jam? is their any restrictions of games that can be entered?

First, you need to use the Scratch editor or its mod(Gandi IDE, Turbowarp and so on). Secondly, the game needs to run on the browser, there are no other restrictions

so making an engine inside of scratch pre jam and then using it in jam is allowed? Just want to be completely sure.
