You´ve created a really fun game!
My neighbours must have heard me screming when I got killed (yes, I often do that when I die in games) and I had a lot of fun fighting against the monsters and go fishing, too. This one is definitely one of my favourites in this jam!

lol this was fun! Good job for a first game, there's potential for a very fun one. If anything, I felt like it wasn't very clear to me when I catched a fish (maybe a sound effect when that happens would have helped), and the text in the instruction screen could be more readable.
Yea we would had included better animations for the bobber but we were running low on time.
