Yeah I think I read that unreal defaults to Epic quality when games are packaged. I don't know how true that is but I always put the options in there for that reason. I'm glad you enjoyed it, could you tell the "story" was a last minute addition?

I always try to learn something in a game jam and I've been looking at game optimisation with this one. If I had made this the way I normally do I think my PC would have melted, so I'm happy it feels professional.

Since people keep getting stuck at the same point. When you follow the music box/ lights, walk into the lights next to the garages with the X on it, then go to where you get the flashlight and do the same. The last location is next to the car under the elevator.

That's fantastic feedback. Now that you mention it I know exactly why quitting and loading in again is broken. I was toying with an objectives menu to highlight what to do but I opted against it. Given the Trouble people seem to be having I may have to rethink that one.

A flashlight should have dropped onto the first car on the right past the yellow bollards. Picking this up will trigger progression. It will have probably rolled onto the floor.

Exploring should trigger dialogue that gives you hints on what to do

I think this was great, The only issue I had was struggling to tell some of the words apart. That's probably on me though due to a bit of hearing loss. It probably would have helped if there was a way to get the word repeated.

I somehow managed to forget that I had entered the bulletin.sys and not once did it occur to me to press esc so I sat there confused for a very long time. When I recovered from what I can only assume was a mild aneurism it was a lot of fun going through trying to find all of the  viruses. Can't say I encountered any bugs, but playing in browser probably wasn't the best way to play as you can keep the game full screen.

Even though it doesn't have all the features you wanted, this is an incredibly polished game for the time you had. And that Intro was great.

I second what mrbrainfed said. I decided to try and keep one alive... failed miserably but on the bright side I got a banging outro soundtrack.

I 100% without a doubt was NOT spamming "interact" in the shower... Which means I 100% did NOT drop a brown nug when a shotgun went off on nearly 100% volume. That would be very silly...

Big fan of the crazy face.

Thanks for playing. I design that part so that you can look for the blue light or listen for the sound. there 3 locations in total and its pretty obvious when your done with that section :D

Thanks for playing. I think I may have spent too much time on the visuals and atmosphere, when I should have made it a little clearer on what to do. There are smaller arrows that lead to an X if you want a hint to progressing (or just climb things I guess haha)

I'm not sure if I was doing something wrong but I feel like it told me to go left like 40 times in a never ending loop. I managed to get to the end though.

I think it would be better if the jumps were a little more forgiving or if there were checkpoints once you clear a floor.

Pretty sure I kept clipping through the floor.

This definitely gave me a crash course in patience.

I've got to be honest. I was very happy to see a minigun pop up.

I like the character design, I became well acquainted when I got stuck in a corner with it.

Weird update. I redownloaded it and pressing the buttons worked, however when I get out of the chair the character is super floaty and I can clip through walls... any thoughts?

I had to really lock in when I realised the text was being undone. For a game made in under 24 hours this is excellent

The voice acting is definitely the highlight here. I felt the search for samples starting getting really repetitive after a couple days. It probably would have helped if I realised there was radio haha.

That vibey music definitely had me drop my guard so well played, you got me :D

This is a simple idea that could have benefitted from having to find more than one passenger over multiple carts. Once I sussed what I was doing it became rather trivial so I just kept running down the train because I thought the art style was really cool. Good Stuff though.

I think this could be a cool game but it is very buggy.

I managed to get it working and after stumbling around in the opening area to too long I finally found the key to progress. Past that point I was on edge the whole time so this is an excellent example of tension and atmosphere.

Even though I knew a scare was coming I think the lack of atmospheric sounds made it hit harder.

I went left after going up the first staircase and I fell after going round the corner.

I'm running windows too. I could look around but I'd click on the buttons and nothing happens. ill try re downloading it and try it again.

Excellent, thanks.

I don't think my pc will agree but I loved the visuals. I think a HUD element would help with shooting but at the same time not having one added a lot of tension to the gameplay.

I found that if you have some items and talk to the basin for the first time, it wont let you close the dialogue box.

100% agree with JollyDog.

My first time seeing a .7z file. I'm struggling to get it unzipped to access the game.

I died so many times trying to find a way to the big tree outside the window before I realised what I was supposed to do.

I find the concept of this hilarious. It's like Ima kill you but lets duel first. Unlike the others I had 3 items at the last boss but I could use them. I just had to use them in a specific order, not that they helped.

How does one actually play? Feel like I've clicked everything pressed every button but nothing does anything so I get stuck at the first puzzle.

I'm going to need someone to confirm of deny if this is an average working day in an office...but I had a lot of fun with it. I feel like its the closest I'm going to get to a drug induce mind melting trip.

Damn that rat can jump... I particularly liked the bedroom spook.  Good Job :
