We enjoyed this game a bunch on our stream! This platformer is very fleshed out and we found it surprisingly challenging. The core idea of being able to summon platforms that increased the accessibility of the level was a cool one and I like how there were some puzzle-ish designs to the levels that implemented that mechanic. The variation between stages and the general adorable-ness of the character and enemies was a boon too. Congrats on getting your first project done! Maybe to improve this game there could be more design to the backgrounds as the visual presentation was slightly empty and uncluttered, and maybe there could be more options for platforms to be generated (i.e. the player could draw them with their mouse, or have them bounce, or set traps for enemies). Good job!

I just watched the stream.
It was just awesome seeing someone else play my game, thank you for that :). I think everything you said can help me improve for my next gamedesign.
One aspect I realized is:
You guys didn't find any of the secrets (on stream atleast) ^^. The overworld has one, the tutorial one and each level has 3
I remember on my first playthrough I encountered some weird little pictures...I am going to have to go back and find them all! Playing your game was a blast..I think I had the most fun with yours out of all the games this jam

Nice game with great easter eggs.
This was really nice! The gameplay was fun despite some small bugs with the plateform creation system ^^ I also loved the menu, super creative !

I when I tried to create a platform for the second time in a level without deleting the first one, there was an error message in the console in the lines of “instance already exists in the scene”. It worked after a couple seconds tho !
Oh yeah I noticed that, too.
But there isnt`t a delay for me, accept for the animation/sound that is.
Did you mean this delay or was there another before/after that?
This was a really cute and fun platformer! I loved the characters and the sounds.
