What horrifyingly squeaky feet

Thanks. :) Originally I wanted to make it darker and give the player a flashlight, but I liked the idea of making it a bright and colorful horror game.

I like the part where enemy spots the player, it's like out of a movie scene. It's a  simple game but very well made with the pixel graphics and retro feel to it.

This WIP has a fun aesthetic and an unusual concept for a horror game that made it unique! I think the early Playstation style is great and always a pleasure to see people explore those aesthetics in a game. The UI, textures and resolution are on point at capturing that, and if it were passed off as a .rom for a forgotten branded game I'd almost believe it! I think there's a good foundation for a full game here - maybe tidying up the Ramen man's AI, adding more level variety/objectives or progressive obstacles, and giving more of a backstory to the player's yearning desire for ramen could really flesh it out! Do keep us posted if you continue developing the idea into a complete game!

Thanks for submitting TASTY RAMEN to the SCREAM SOLSTICE game jam!

Not going to lie, I screamed when this little ramen bastard stared me down and sprinted at me, its such a simple and cute game that I would of loved to see more in the horror element, besides that I adore the concept and would love to see a level by level system <3
