Really liked your serpentine melody on the xylophone and feel cello was a good choice for the bass line! Carving back is a subtle horror vibe :)

I agree with the previous comments that you have very strong melody-work in this song. The xylophone melody is a highlight for sure! Your approach of setting the pace with the drumkit then removing it, leaving the piano and melody with slowing adding subsequent layers is a great way to build the overall dynamic arc of a song. I like that the bass holds long notes a major second apart but the fast ostinato doesn’t change with it, giving a great dissonance to just sit on for a couple measures at a time. I also really like that your character is a pumpkin rather than a skeleton (like mine and many of the others) which adds some freshness to your song. Overall great work and thank you for sharing!

As 'zeestar' says: Really strong melody work! I can't say much more. It is one of few songs of this jam (at least, so far I have seen) that use a strong melody. The song sounds nicely whole, the instruments work nicely together. The start of the song already sounds great and gave me the idea I would like this song. Nice chords, nice melody, just a nice entry! Perhaps (if I can remember correctly) my highest rated song so far, definitely one of my favs!
