Very heavy to read, but I thought it was very moving and thought everything was written with care, but also without censorship. The way the thought spirals meandered also felt extremely real, and showed very well the hell that exists in our own heads.

This game was a lot to digest. I appreciate your courage for being able to share an experience like that in a game form, and I hope that you're doing better now.

I know it takes a lot of bravery to put yourself out here like this, so I'll refrain from detailed critique. Your descriptions are very vivid. The internal dialogue was particularly authentic (and a little disturbing) and I felt very acquainted with the narrator by the end of the game. While the visual design is a little sparse, I do feel that it actually contributes to the mood of the game, and something more visually busy may have distracted from the actual content. 

One small complaint:

- A lot of the clickable links that you use to advance are in the middle of the passage. As a gremlin who skims text and clicks on the first link they see, it caused me to miss a few chunks of writing.  Obviously not everyone is like me, but it might be helpful to relocate the links to the end of the passage.

-  Berkeley (I'm assuming it's referring to UC Berkeley) was misspelled during the introduction of the doctor. There's a couple of other misspellings but nothing major.
