I agree that the art and music pair well. Nice interactive short story. Felt satisfying/healing to stay until the end.

Thank you so much! I'm really glad to hear that!

Great job! The art and music work really well together to make it emotional. I was expecting the sad bird to get more upset if I chose to leave; that would have made more of an impact I think.  Maybe you could expand game in the future? I would love to play a longer game of this!

Developer

Thank you so much! Yeah I was debating a bit if I should make her more sad if you leave, but also not wanting to make the player feel too guilty about it? I definitely went back and forth on it a bit. Thank you! Maybe I'll look into maybe making a longer version, I think that would be fun!

I did not expect something this heavy in mood. Great stuff. I mean... depressing, but also a great expression of that. The birds are cute. Nitpicky tiny thing would be to use nearest-neighbour scaling on the dialog text to not make it blurry. And lastly, I also really enjoyed the slow pacing of the dialog.

Overall it really made me feel something. Thank you for that.

Thank you so much! I'm really happy to hear that you enjoyed it and that it made you feel something.
Also, thank you for the tip about using nearest-neighbor for the text, I'll make sure I keep that i mind when I make stuff in the future!
