The game was fun after reading the comments that specify that the player needs to press Spacebar to spawn the needles, maybe that should've been mentioned in the game itself.

Another thing is that I felt it wasn't challenging enough, and maybe the addition of sound effects would be nice.

Other than that, well done!

Fun little game that is enjoyable once you get the hang of the timing needed to jump. I think the needles are moving a little too fast to be reacted to, I found I needed to predict when they would come to be able to catch them. Some variation in the interval between needles would also keep the game engaging over time. I appreciate the inclusion of a highscore, this a solid submission!

Luckily I saw the comment informing about pressing space to spawn the needles, I like the concept of the game and the cat trying to jump and hit the needles and once the rhythm was found could work out when they were spawning, liked that the previous best is saved above the current score, only thing I would say to include next time is sound effects maybe for the cat jumping, scoring and lose sound as this would make the game stand out even better, but is understandable why not included within the short amount of time, Overall a good game so well done!

Great idea for a game and the use of a cat for the player added an interesting element to the game. Found that the needles didn't really spawn often at all so I was kind of just jumping for a while. Anyways it's pretty cool you should be proud of what ya made! :D

Thanks a lot, I believe the needles don't always spawn because you need to press the spacebar to start again even you have already done it in the beginning, so also after you die once, which I should have specified, I'm sorry that I haven't.

And thank you for the feedback.

Ensure that your download name and submission name are the same for consistency. Game downloads and plays with no need for additional software/installation which means the game is very accessible.

The game feels inconsistent, sometimes when you boot up the game or lose a round the needles don't spawn, or if they do they take an unreasonable amount of time to come on to the screen. The cat sprite is well made, but polish could be made graphically to the needles, environment, and heads-up display. This feels like this hasn't been rigorously tested which has led big issues to be missed or just ignored.

For your first official game, it is entirely serviceable. But there is significant room for improvement around the game which would have made the player's experience far better. Good try.

I'll make sure the names match for the next one, thanks for pointing that out.
Sometimes the needles won't come out because you need to press the spacebar every time you want to start and so you have to do it even after you die, which I should have specified , that's my bad.
Thanks for taking the time to give feedback and for pointing out the issues, I'll do my best to improve  me and everything else in the future.
