I definitely enjoyed this, you've captured that classic breakout feel really well! The sound effects, art and particle effects all work well together - breaking a block is really satisfying.

A few times when the ball hit a block on the corner it would shoot off at a right angle which was a bit disorientating, but otherwise a really solid experience. Well done!

Thanks Kian, yeah you're right about those wierd bounces, I just couldn't figure a way to tweak it :D

A nice game, plays as well but I seemed to have an issue with how the ball bounced at times and didn't seem expected, I don't know if that was intentional if that was just me. Nice addition of music and sound. Although the music was very quiet and somewhat drowned out by the sound effects.

Thanks for the review, about the ball bouncing in a wierd way sometimes.. i know what you mean.. but couldnt really figure out how to tweak it in a way that it wouldn't happen. 

About the music I didn't want it to take over the sound effects that's why its low.

A game that meets the requirements of the brief and a decent first submission. Everything plays without issues and feels responsive for the majority of the time.

How many of the assets were pre-made? As Ted said in the Lecture, it is fine to use assets made by someone else if they are open source, permission is given, and they are fully credited. If everything was made by you, then that is totally fine but if there are some that aren't ensure you follow the correct process in crediting them. Secondly, the fact you only have one life can make this game a bit difficult, especially since you have three levels to get through without making a mistake. Next, providing links to social medias is great and all especially if you want to get your name out there but I would recommend that you keep them relevant to Game Development; such as your LinkedIn, Portfolio, or website. Finally, consider how people can download your game efficiently, you provide instructions which is good, but is there a better way of doing so in a way where instructions aren't needed?

All in all, for a initial submission after a week or so of work, this is entirely serviceable but there is room for improvement. Use what you have learnt in this process when you are working in teams.

Thank you for the review, talking about the assest's the only ones that I know who are free to use, were the sounds, music, and the font, the other assets I did not check if they we're Royalty Free, next time I will keep that in consideration.
