As other's have mentioned, the executable doesn't run, you'll probably need to ZIP the packaged game files and upload that (if it's anything like Unreal). I'll leave un-rated for now and come back later to check it out.

Please notify me when the game is playable, in it's current state it doesn't run. Possibly a packaging issue or you might have uploaded the wrong file/ missed some important files. Not sure how UE4 works with .exe files.
