Great game! I got stuck on one part (I had misread a question as "what" instead of "where" and didn't know which text to input) so the walkthrough helped me with that! But that was totally my fault.

I really liked the notepad system with the looping. It was fun discovering new interactions and then deciding which things were worth spending credits on. Very satisfying puzzles that made sense and it was neat how I naturally found the answers from exploring through the story.

Amazing game, with lovely environments! I always had a hard time with old text-based puzzle games like Hugo but this one was good because it was more constrained.

Congrats on the submission.

thanks! Yeah I grew up with the old Sierra and Accolade text adventures and they were so opaque.

It was great working in this more constrained style since you can do so much puzzle-acrobatics just by playing with the words

one bug - after you put a certain amount of text into the note pad, it erases the bottom!

thanks for letting me know. From memory I think it’s limited to 100 lines of text then it gets cut off after that. I’ll expand it so it fits more!

played a whole lot of this tonight (thanks for the Mac build!)

love the open ended puzzle solving with mostly text interface- definitely required a lot of paying attention and note taking.  The inquiry credits seemed weird at first but then with the loop I got it - look forward to going back and beating this!

Awesome, thanks for playing - sounds like you found plenty of challenge to get your teeth into, I'm so happy to hear that!
