I think you can first create a project page from your dashboard, then if you go back to this jam's page, next to the deadline countdown, there should be a link to click once the submission period opens. Then, it will show a pop-up where you can select which project you want to use as a submission for this jam! That's the broad picture, let me know if you need any help!
