Pretty nice game using exertion in its story with each scene being allowing the player to do one of 2 choices.
Choice directly impacted the game as each choice made would contribute to either a good or bad ending. Because of this, each choice felt important to the overall narrative.
Overall, I liked what you made, the game looks nice and does convey the feeling of a King needing to make choices of whether or not to help the people.
a nice game with some elements of exertion (in that you have to do the certain option) and you get the story told of what happened after! choice impacted you because of the karma system where you get a different ending based on the actions you think! it really helped you realize your actions carry weight and makes you think about which one you wanna try to do to get a certain ending! i really liked the art / color palette as well :D i thought they were really nice
The methods of storytelling that the designer used was a story-game with elements of exertion. They were able to do this by using cutscenes and animations. The game also took on the ability to allow a player to explore different options that they might take, and depending on what routes the player took, it led to a certain ending.
The use of choice impacts the experience of playing the game heavily since a certain amount of “karma” that the character generates from their actions will lead to a different ending. I thought it was empowering since it allowed the player to understand that their actions carry weight. As a result, it makes the game effective in creating the experience since it forces a player to think critically depending on their mood and wish to have a certain ending.
I enjoyed the gameplay and artstyle that the creator took! I thought it was an interesting take on the prompt and thought it was well-done! I like the fact that the player’s choice holds weight on the ending.

Anthony omg you went off with this one. It's so good!!!
Like others said, it has exertion.
I really liked the betrayal of getting a bad ending and reading the gravestone. :O
My only feedback is that I wish you had made the checkmark and x white so they were more visible!
