I am a bit comfused on the mention of corruption - Even when reading all 3 cards together I am unsure if corruption does anything mechanically? Or is it simply meant as a freeform narrative suggestion?
It's intentionally left freeform so it can interface with other MOSAIC Strict pieces and/or other games and systems. My goal was to provide enough structure that it's easy to drop-in / plug-and-play, but not so mechanical that it would conflict with other systems.
Wow, those are all real fun (in that murky, creepy, slightly uncomfortable way). Too bad only one of the three will be included in the deck, but out of all of them, Symbols is probably my favourite. The way players get just a starting point and have to find the horror in that on their own probably works in the game's favour. Also, although simple, I really enjoy the mechanics of acquiring the items—having just one shot at receiving one of the most mundane items on the list somehow makes it feel that much more important, thus, again, stoking the reader's creativity ^^
If you are part of the Tiny Library MOSAIC Game Jam, please grab a free copy of Chthonic Metro Gods! The link is at the bottom and it's set up like community copies.
All three cards exist in the same universe, but can be used independently of each other.

Simple, elegant, brutal.
All the vibes of a subway wizard who shoots electricity into the rails to summon trains.
Thank you so much! Perfect summary! :)
I like the push your luck aspect. Very cool entry
Thank you!
I love both the theme and graphic design!
