Game was really good. right clicking was a bit over powered I didnt see any sort of draw back besides there being a very small cool down.
Had a blast!
(The blast is also so powerful that the screenshakes are slightly excessive, especially when Mokou's piercing bullets rip through the whole arena. Tone the shaking down, please?)
The gameplay is just excellent. When I found out about Mokou's "bomb" giving ammo, and understood the spawning/upgrade system, and noticed the combo meter, I felt like I understood what the game wants, and hell yeah I'm all for it!
I replayed the game 6 or so times in a row, the replay value is just good!

One of my favorites so far this jam. I don't really know what I'm doing, but it seems best to avoid annoying fairies like Cirno or maybe Eternity, and go full offense (bomb CD being my favorite, although surely it reduces the CD, rather than adds to it?) I would go for more pierce and spread (both ammo and max power), if not for the game's one glaring flaw:
Kaguya doesn't seem to time-out. For score, it's best to just milk fairies and ignore her. In that case, you want to avoid having too much spread and pierce, so you don't accidentally hit her.Since the bomb has such a short cooldown, milking is relatively easy. Please consider adding a timer or something to prevent her from being milked indefinitely, as it feels against the spirit of the game and renders otherwise useful power-ups undesirable. It's such a minor flaw, this is nearly a 5/5 jam game, but right now, I couldn't recommend it. Please don't leave it in this unfinished state.
Very fun and you can tell it was well polished from small details like red fairies not spawning revenge bullets if you're too close to them, or various ways to add juice in the game like the hitstop on getting hit, the slow down on leveling up, the screen shake, etc.
This is a very fun and cute game. Love the way the upgrade also adds a fairy and I managed to play the whole thing without knowing you could right click haha. Mokou is a little slippery and that makes it hard to dodge sometimes. Really good entry, nice job!
Controls really well, and defeating fairies is really satisfying. The way the slow occurs during upgrades just makes you feel really cool and I love that. The dynamic of choosing which upgrade to take at the cost of making the enemies harder is also a fun and interesting method of progression. The fairies' theme in the background is also a bop!
