Couldn't figure out o.O

Developer

Yeah, some of the hints require more work... I originally intended for hints to be in the different menus and I wanted to add some simpler puzzles to get the feel of the game before the first real challenge but everything took way longer then expected... Thank you for trying anyway :)

If the intention was to make the game difficult, you did not succeed. It ended up becoming a frustrating experience, with random actions that depend more on luck than reason or skill.

Developer

Sorry for your bad experience.

The intention was to get it to work at all :) - but after the first feedback-round I can see a lot of points where it might get frustrating in its current state. Although I am not quite sure where luck would help you in this game  - would be a great help if you could say what you thought was "too random" or luck based. Thanks in advance :)

I liked it, even though I couldn't solve it

Developer

I'll add a few hints to the description (and in the game after the jam ends) - maybe that will help a little - glad you liked it !

Frustrating in a good way :-)

Developer

Thanks - I was kinda afraid most people would just quit because I didn't add enough hints but at least some people figured it out I guess :)

Excellent entry! I managed to get it to play and I love console stuff like this. I had a few issues that may have been purposeful but it got me confused as it seemed like it should've worked. Either way, great stuff! Love to see more like this.

I give up! I have managed to bring up help menu, and even to fix back button, but it remained disappeared... I didn't manage to reset anything, neither I figured out the 4th command... and overall I didn't know much what to do. But the idea and everything is great, I just needed more clues and hints :)

Developer

You almost got there then. Kinda happy that it wasn't too simple. : )

I was constantly shifting between "is it too easy or too hard"...I wanted to add an easy mode with yellow paper notes stuck on the screen as hints but time was running out so I just added a minimum of hints in the game.

I find it really difficult to balance puzzle games as a single dev as you can't really test the difficulty...

Thanks for your feedback as always :)
