Very well executed! Played through the whole game. What would have been nice is a freeze screen when I get captured, so I know where I got caught and have to watch out next time ;) I also didn't use the lockers (only once in the beginning), so the level design could use some tweaking. Still had fun though, so maybe you don't need them in the first place. Avoiding viewcones is a five star rating on the theme in my book ^^
Didn't experience any bugs except the one with the locker. Artstyle was really cool and the static made me feel like I was watching from a security camera :) music was a bit repetitive and didn't fit the game all too well, but still nice touch that you included something
Cheers!
Thanks!
Artwork and the static filter were pleasing to look at.
The movement of the character was also very fluid and I liked that a lot.
At least you're aware that the lockers were buggy. Thank you for pointing that out. I did have to mash on a few occasions xD
The locker hiding mechanic was very interesting, although I didn't really have to use it much because of the level design.
Speaking of, the levels were designed very well.
Hats off to you!
Cool game! I didn't complete the game, but I found that most of the time, it was more about timing and less about hiding in the lockers. I really liked the music and artwork.
You've labelled your game as "buggy", but I do think you've managed to make something weirdly compelling. The game can be somewhat frustrating, but in a kind of Bennett-Foddy way.
I enjoyed my play-through but unfortunately couldn't complete it.
If you wanted to "round down" the "buggy"ness, you could have simply added a couple of lives per reset.
Thanks, I should have made like 3 hearths
The visual part is good, but the enemies can see you through the walls and this is quite strange. If you want to rate my game.
