Hey! The idea of voice over was an interesting way to stand out, I like it :) visuals were nice and looked hand-crafted! Game could have been a bit more fast paced but that is quite subjective... nice Work :)

Thx for the feedback. The voice-over was quickly put together but people have liked it so :) I personally done the graphics and I made all from scratch and as this is my first time really showing and trying to draw and animate for people I am really happy u like it :) And yes the lava is really slow and it made the game the opposite of what we wanted--> a fast paced game :)

I like the little story at the start! The game starts a little slow, and it would be helpful to have the two characters look different. Nice artwork and voiceover!

Thx for the feedback! The lava was to slow and that was the main problem of the game but we ran out of time, same for the character we did not have enough time to draw/animate a new character as an opponent. :)

I loved the art style, the audio, and the voice-over was a great touch!

I encounter some troubles, I wasn't able to restart the game, it should make the experience better, cause of those damn spines Lol... The screen could scroll up a little bit faster.

In the end, is a nice platform well made! Congratulations!

Thx for the comment. The spikes boundary box was a tile big instead of the spike so that was why they were really hard. And the lava was to slow indeed. And we ran out of time on the end screen as you seen. :)

Nice game! I agree that I would have liked it to be a bit faster (or easy/medium/hard for scroll speed), but obviously understand the massive time constraints in this jam! All in all well executed, good job!

Thx for the feedback, we tried to get the lava moving quicker but came over a few bugs so we had to go back to normal speed!

the player controls really well and i liked the little voiceover at the start!i feel like it could've benefited from a little extra scrolling speed, since i spent a bit of time on a platform waiting to see the next one i could jump to; overall though, the gameplay is really good and fits the theme well :)

Thanks for playing, although I find it hard to belief you got no bugs 🤣. I did want to increase the speed of the lava and have the camera following player and all that but we ran out of time in the end
