I really liked the music, it is still stuck in my head! 🎻
I found a little problem when playing in fullscreen: the top and left parts of the screen are inaccessible as the shadow can't reach the fire, making it a 100% guaranteed lose as your humans will run to their deaths (which is quite amusing heh 😂)
Also, when you return to the menu, it goes back to small screen, the game should keep the player settings while playing! 😛
This was a fun idea, and it did make me chuckle when my poor humans combusted into blood particles. Good music too!
Nice concept! Dragging the moons shadow around to stop the fire was surprisingly fun ha, tho it was a little finicky where it feels like it doesn't have the same effect on different heat spots all the time. There was also a bug where you can throw the moon into a corner and then you kinda just gotta... wait lol.
The music is proper nice too, and that death animation is super juicy. I love it!
For a first game jam, id say this is a massive success ha! Especially for one that's < 24 Hours as your first.
