I found two ways to get 23 :) Nice puzzle with real-time element!
P.S. It has bugs:
So I like the overall gameplay but my brain melted a little bit. Also I was able to rotate the tiles on the game over screen so that felt like cheating (bcs I had time to figure out the longest track)
It was fun to play and it has an awesome appearance and gameplay for sth made in 3 hours! Congrats!

A good submission definitely could be improved with more time. I would like to have some randomness between different plays.
I think i tested any way to finish that and max score is 23 :D. This loud sound on the start should be a little quieter.
A very cool and interesting concept, I haven't seen before. The visuals were a bit meh, but the gameplay made up for that. The idea of making the road longer adds a lot of replayability! I'd definitely play a full release of this game.
