I got to level level 24 and then I was back at level 1 or 2, didn't get what happened. Did I lose? Because the time hadn't ran out! Otherwise, quite fun! I like these kinds of games where you have to spot color/shape difference and this specific one had action-fun to it! :D
Well executed, I especially like the sound and visual effects when clicking a wrong shape. As others have mentioned, at some point the colours are too hard to distinguish without the need to. If, for example, you allow the red, green and blue components each to be multiples of 64 you'd get 64 different colours, then increase the number of possible shapes to, let's say 8, and you have 512 different combinations in total. Instead of just relying on colours you may add textures (or just use textures for the colourblind), like points, lines, hatching, waves etc.
Really neat game, the concept is sound and the visual effects make it super satisfying to play. Sometimes the colours get a little too close together to the point that even side by side they look the same but the forgiving lives reset each time you correctly identify the enemy don't make that too big an issue, so yeah, great entry all in all, nice one, I enjoyed playing it!
Nice entry, with a little more time building in some narrative or context would be good. It works nicely, and I like the pastel colours used.
Simple game, does what it's supposed to. Nice job getting it all working. I couldn't find a bug, which is great.
The music gets insanely annoying after a single repeat, I had to mute it. The camera feels a bit confined to me, and yeah the colors often are very subtle shade differences which is frustrating.
Nice idea, and solid execution. Sometimes I felt like the color in the corner was slightly off from the real shape's color in the game? Maybe my eyes just aren't great, but it made it a bit frustrating at times.
Got my color blindness chalenged. I did well.
