I like the cartoony visuals and sound effects. Pretty nice and rare to see Scratch used so effectively. Have you ever tried making games in Flowlab.io? It is similar block based programming but is a LOT more versatile.

I think the controls need to be tweaked  , and the sound taken down a notch cause it too loud .

Overall very cool game!

I really liked how you put both themes together into one game. The visuals / the artstyle is consistent and I really like the depth that the different "layers" offer!

I sometimes got stuck on the ground, and it took me a while to figure out what I could to with the "spacebar" attack... If you fixed that, I believe the game would be even better!
