It’s bummer it’s only an excerpt, but it sounds like the beginning of a grand adventure (except everyone goes home before they launch the rocket). Definitely continue developing this tune!
I really enjoy the SNES/PS1 vibe this has. Harkens to airships over strange lands.
The rising arpeggios give a nice acoustic imagery of ascension like a rocket ship into space. I like the use of timpani in the second half and I think it accompanies as well as adds energy to the motif well. Good work and thank you for sharing!
It reminds me of the highwind music from FF7. I really like this tribute :)
